Simon Leonard

With over 30 years’ experience in Building Services, Simon has worked on major and small – scale projects both as a consultant and for Tier 1 contractors across a wide range of sectors including,

commercial offices, mixed use, aviation, sports stadia and healthcare projects.

He has led consultancy frameworks with major clients including Grosvenor Estates, Barclays PLC and RBS, and has delivered major projects including Heathrow’s Terminal 5B and the fit – out of Goldman Sachs’ new headquarters building in London.

With a passion for the development of net zero carbon buildings, he focuses on driving efficiency and quality throughout building services installations, which often sees him utilise prefabrication and off – site delivery techniques. This gives him a deep insight into the opportunities offered by modern methods of construction, and the benefits of embedding these principles from an early design stage. Simon harnesses his extensive experience to contribute to Waterman’s research on reducing carbon through off – site manufacture as part of our Net Zero advisory service.
