Power City

The project involved the extension of an existing Power City retail warehouse unit in Coolmine, Dublin.

Waterman Moylan was appointed to provide civil and structural engineering services for the extension which consisted of an 880 sqm steel portal structure with masonry perimeter walls and a lightweight roof finish. The building was founded on reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations.

The external works consisted of the provision of foul, surface water and water main services. The existing carpark was upgraded with the provision of new car parking facilities which can accommodate 80 cars, including disabled car parking.
