This project incorporated the design of a new multi-purpose sports and amenity building at the existing Berwick Campus in Melbourne.
The building’s design included sustainable technologies such as VRV air-conditioning, solar hot water, rainwater harvesting, along with specialist multi-purpose hall and industrial training ventilation systems.
Waterman undertook full design, documentation and construction phase services for the scheme, seeing our specialists deliver Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transport and ESD support.
