This project involved the Concept Design, Master Planning, Feasibility Design and construction phase services of the new Cancer Centre, Acute and Inpatient Unit facility on the site. The proposed design included new operating theatres, Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Cancer Centre, Wards and Specialist Allied Health facilities. The works also included the complete upgrade of the site infrastructure system including chiller plant, heat rejection plant, standby generators, water reclaim facilities and complete substation and main switchboard replacement.
Waterman have also been commissioned to undertake the design documentation and construction phase services of the Stage 1 Acute building and have recently completed and handed over the new Cancer Centre.
