The Northern Hospital IPU expansion project was undertaken across two stages. Stage 1 consisted of ground level entry, level 1 IPU and ICU. The building was then occupied whilst Stage 2 was designed which included a loading dock, theatre suite, CSSD and 5 levels of IPU tower.
We undertook the full design documentation and construction phase services for both stages. The disciplines included Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulic and Vertical Transportation Engineering services.
