The Alfred Medical Research and Education Precinct (AMREP) is a globally recognised biomedical research and healthcare precinct located on The Alfred Hospital campus in Melbourne.

The precinct brings together hospitals, universities and research institutes in an integrated environment to support research led healthcare, clinical trials and translational medicine.

It includes Alfred Health, Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre, Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute, School of Translational Medicine, Burnet Institute and School of Public Health and Preventative Medicine.

Waterman have undertaken numerous projects within the precinct, including the AMREP Centre of Blood and Disease, the AMREP Cryptome Research Centre, the MacFarlane Burnet Institute Medical Research Building, and the Paula Fox Melanoma Cancer Centre.

Our team provided the full design, documentation and construction services across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics and Transportation Services.
