Dalkeith Heights Retirement Village is a modern yet practical complex for retirement living in Traralgon. The village features one- and two-bedroom units set in the landscaped parklands of Victoria, alongside state-of-the-art facilities for all residents.
Alongside architects Adam Dettrick for Benetas, our specialists provided the full design, documentation and construction phase services for the upgrade of the 3-level apartment living building and the central community building on the site. Waterman undertook full engineering services including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulics, lift and ESD services.
