Waterman undertook the engineering services design for this state-of-the-art Premium Grade office building.
The project involved the construction of a new 19-storey office tower with approximately 20,000 square metres of NLA.
Waterman were engaged as the services engineers for the complete Federation Square complex that included theatres, restaurants, galleries and commercial office space.
The first building in New South Wales to achieve the highest possible rating, in both NABERS scheme and the Green Building Council of Australia’s Green Star scheme.
