Reducing energy consumption, with an ambitious sustainability agenda. Our design features demand-based controls for its multi-purpose meeting room suite. The control fresh air rates match occupancy levels and work alongside energy efficient occupancy and daylight-sensing LED lighting throughout to reduce energy consumption.
Emphasising sustainability, including the latest energy efficient air source heat pump technology, with an internationally-recognised BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and shortlisted for ‘Best Corporate Office’ at the 2019 BCO awards.
