Waterman was appointed by Cedar Pacific to provide Building Services and ESD Consulting for their new 13-level, 579 bed Student Accommodation building located adjacent to Melbourne University.
The building, designed by architects Nettleton Tribe, features an extensive rooftop garden with BBQs, communal study rooms, gym, lounges and games room and a heritage listed corner façade.
Waterman provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transportation and ESD services for the development.
