Waterman was appointed by Cedar Pacific to provide Building Services and ESD Consulting for their new 46-level, 714 bed Student Accommodation building located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
The building is currently under certification as a 5 Star Green Star rated building. The sustainability outcomes provide a great level of comfort and amenity for the residents.
Waterman provided Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transportation and ESD services for the development.
