Baggot Plaza

Published 30th August 2022

The redevelopment of Baggot Plaza involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing 1970s five-storey office building located at the heart of the Grand Canal commercial district.

The building has been re-clad externally with the introduction of red sandstone to the primary Baggot Street elevation and with coloured horizontal tile cladding to the remaining facades. Extensive alterations, reconfiguration and extensions both vertically and in plan increased the lettable floor space by 50% and delivered a modern Grade A office.

Waterman Moylan was appointed by Kennedy Wilson to provide civil, structural, traffic and health and safety consultancy services and we worked closely with the design team and the contractor throughout to the completion of this prestigious landmark project.
