The $25 million project involved the design of a new 120 bed Aged Care facility constructed on a greenfield site in Buderim, Queensland. The residential accommodation is complemented by high quality communal living, dining, and activity areas both internally and within external landscaped zones.
Our experts provided the design, documentation and construction phase services for the engineering service disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transport, and ESD.
The facility is privately owned and operated by McKenzie Aged Care Group, with the design focussing on the delivery of high-quality aged care accommodation and support facilities.
