The Building Education Revolution injected $16.2 billion to modernise eligible schools through the delivery of infrastructure and by doing this support local communities and stimulate investment in the area. The government applied strict criteria for the approval of funds to encourage a focus on social inclusion with one of the requirements being that aboriginal and local industry participation needed to be demonstrated. The education department then undertook a large-scale rollout of new primary and secondary schools alongside the expansion of existing schools within Melbourne and the wider Victoria area.

Our experts worked on approximately 150 schools with numerous architects across an 18-month period to both design and oversee the construction across each individual site. We undertook the full design, documentation and construction phase services for all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic and ESD services.
