The Australian Airforce base in Butterworth, Malaysia required a full upgrade to accommodate increased use. The works included the construction of three new administration buildings, one new training building, new site sewerage treatment plant, ESD energy modelling and upgrade and refurbishment works to a number of existing hangers and accommodation buildings.
