Working closely with Hutchinson Builders and PTW Architects, our team delivered comprehensive building services engineering for the tallest structure within the development, the Summit Tower. This 22-storey mixed-use building comprises 200 residential apartments, with our specialists providing mechanical, electrical, fire protection and hydraulic engineering designs.
In addition to residential accommodation, the tower includes 727 sqm of retail and commercial space, along with basement car parking facilities. The broader Discovery Point complex features other prominent towers such as Shore East and Shore West (each 20 storeys), forming a cohesive urban village just outside Sydney’s centre.
