Waterman was appointed by Virgate Property Group to provide Building Services and ESD Consulting for the Bruce Henderson-designed 19-level, 158 -apartment building located in South Melbourne.
To complement the high-quality apartments, the building includes both indoor and outdoor lounge and dining facilities as well as a wellness studio and yoga room.
Waterman’s team provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transportation and ESD services for the development.
