Drummond Place

Drummond Place consists of 91 independent living retirement apartments, with nine above ground and three below ground levels. The scheme also benefits from a communal rooftop terrace with external theatre, ground level facilities, gymnasium, library, theatre, lounge and dining areas.

The development was constructed and is managed by Australian Unity, and is located adjacent to their aged care building and includes external landscape and park areas.

The apartment design included fully ducted air-conditioning, efficient LED lighting and an emergency nurse call and monitoring system.

Our team undertook the full design, documentation and construction phase services for the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transport, and ESD Engineering services for the project.
