Waterman was appointed by Fridcorp on the 22-storey apartment in South Melbourne which comprises 282 residential units above retail facilities located on ground level along with an above-ground car parking.
Designed by architects Elenberg Fraser, Waterman’s team provided full design, documentation and construction phase services for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics, Vertical Transportation and ESD engineering services.
