The Stage 1 works included the construction of an additional four courts including a 2,000 seat show court at the current six court Frankston basketball stadium.
The Peddle Thorpe-designed project will also deliver increased administrative space, refurbished amenities and change-rooms, increased car parking and bus access further to improved food, beverage and retail functionality.
Waterman undertook full design, documentation and construction phase services for the scheme, including all mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulics and lift services.
