Frankston Hospital Emergency Department, Frankston, Victoria

Published 10th December 2022

Our team have been commissioned by Lendlease for the design and construction phase services for all engineering disciplines for the new Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project.

The new $620M project is being delivered by the State Government under a PPP procurement model. We were engaged by the successful PPP bidder, Lendlease, and undertook the full bid design and documentation for all Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Hydraulic Engineering services for the project.

The project incorporates a 12-level clinical services tower, 15 operating theatres, a dedicated mental health ward, pharmacy, oncology suite, CSSD, helipad and 130 new IPU beds. The design is based on 5-star Greenstar and is a full electric design (no gas) with 100% fresh air and full heat reclaim.
