Designed by DBI Architects for Wanda Group, the Jewel Hotel is a mixed-use development incorporating a 5-star hotel, residential apartments, and a retail complex. The project included three separate towers constructed over an interconnecting podium on the beachfront at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast.
We were engaged by Wanda Group as the Technical Advisor for all engineering services including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulic, and vertical transportation for the project.
Our team prepared the technical brief and undertook design and construction reviews as part of the overall technical advisory role.
