This Aged Care project in Windsor, Melbourne, involved the construction of a new nine-level aged care facility, including 156 beds, support areas, retail areas, below-ground car parking and all associated administration services.
Designed by Smith + Tracey, and completed by CHT Architects, the project provides residents with support for varying levels of aged care living dependencies, incorporating these alongside multiple external support services, retail services and other administrative functions.
