Levande Knox Retirement Village
A redesign and redevelopment for Levande Knox Retirement Village in Wantirna South.
In partnership with NCS Project Management, Levande Knox Retirement Village project in Wantirna South will involve the redevelopment of its facilities within Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The project will include the demolition of a portion of the existing 204 single storey units in Wantirna South and redevelop a section of the site with a new medium rise retirement living building.
The redevelopment is currently still in the design and planning phase. When complete it will be arranged as a multi-stage, vertical apartment development with a new major clubhouse offering a range of facilities and services at its core.
We are currently providing the full design and documentation services for the redevelopment including Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and Fire Engineering services.
