Waterman was appointed by Evolve Development for the 13-level Monarc Apartments building.
Designed by SJB Architects, the scheme includes 227 residential apartments above three levels of basement carparking.
The development also includes a resident’s lounge area and gymnasium. Waterman provided full design, documentation and construction phase-services for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and Vertical Transport services.
