Our team were appointed as MEP consultants on this new Seniors Living development comprising of 75 Independent Living Units in Dee Why.
The project was designed to provide a high level of amenity for the residents whilst still achieving a high yield for the site. The project included over 1,000m² of residents’ amenities including resident lounge and dining areas, library, pool and gym, workshop and 1½ levels of car parking.
We undertook the full design documentation and construction phase services for the mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic engineering services.
