Our team worked alongside JMA Architects and B2B Construction and Project Management to design the building services engineering and provide ESD consultancy for the new office and depot facility.
The development, located in Brooklyn, Victoria, includes approximately 2,300 sqm of office accommodation and approximately 10,000 sqm of enclosed depot spaces.
Waterman provided full design, documentation, and construction phase services for the mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, and ESD services.
