Waterman were engaged by B2B Construction and Project Management to design the building services engineering and provide ESD consultancy for a new Powercor depot located in Horsham, Victoria.
The new depot contains staff offices, multifunction spaces, a new truck house and trailer shed. Waterman prepared the design for the mechanical, electrical, fire protection and hydraulic services systems for the facility.
The depot was handed over to Powercor in June 2020.
