Waterman were engaged by B2B Construction and Project Management to design the building services engineering and provide ESD consultancy for a new Powercor depot located in Kyneton.
The new depot contains staff offices, multifunction spaces, a new workshop, trailer shed and truck wash. Waterman prepared the design for the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and Hydraulic services systems for the facility.
The depot was handed over to Powercor mid-2020.
