Waterman was appointed to provide building services and structural engineering designs for the design and construction of Quest Apartments in Bella Vista.
The development consists of 56 two-bedroom (twin key) apartments, 27 two-bedroom apartments, eight three-bedroom apartments, a reception area, two retail tenancies, gymnasium, conference room, offices, storage areas, cleaning facilities on the ground level with lower-level car parking.
