Our team were engaged as the Technical Advisor to the Department of Justice Victoria for the new 1,300-bed medium security prison at Ravenhall in Melbourne.
The prison is a fully self-contained operating facility including a dedicated secure mental health facility, full administration and support facilities, and full industries and training facilities.
This project was delivered by the State Government via PPP procurement delivery method.
Our team prepared the technical brief for the PPP bidders. The works also included the assessment of the bidder’s submission, technical reviews of the successful bidders design and witness testing of the commissioning and handover phase on completion of the construction.
