Reservoir Police Station is a modern, two-level, 24-hour facility located in Victoria, with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 sqm.
The building’s striking façade features perforated metal screen cladding that integrates indigenous Australian artwork, celebrating local culture and identity. Internally, the station accommodates a range of operational spaces including reception and meeting areas, custodial holding facilities, office zones, and comprehensive support amenities.
Focusing on ensuring the station meets the functional and operational needs of a contemporary policing environment, Waterman delivered full design, documentation, and construction phase services for the scheme, spanning mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulic, and vertical transportation systems.
