Waterman provided the full design and documentation of the building services for the new corporate head office in Clayton, Victoria.
Peddle Thorp Architect’s design for the building includes a nominal floor area of 12,500 sqm with office accommodation, teaching and testing facilities, auditorium and a commercial cafeteria area.
