Our team were appointed as building services and structural consultants for the extension of this existing nursing home. The project entailed the demolition of two existing residential buildings, minor alterations to the existing building including reconfiguration of nurse’s station and associated amenity rooms.

Construction of a new four level wing (approximately 2,500m²), connecting directly to the levels of the existing building, including 70 new beds, communal residents’ living, dining areas, café, entry lobby, nurses stations, hairdressers and physio rooms.

We undertook the full design documentation and construction phase services for all engineering disciplines including Fire Protection and Hydraulic services.
