Waterman was appointed by Fridcorp for this 16-storey residential tower The Avenue located in South Yarra Melbourne.
The scheme, designed by architect Elenberg Fraser, comprises 183 apartments and incorporates two basement car parking levels along with a ground level retail showroom tenancy.
Waterman provided full design, documentation and construction phase services for the project, spanning Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulics, Vertical Transportation and ESD services.
