Waterman was appointed by Cedar Pacific to provide Building Services and ESD Consulting for their new 12-level, 508 bed Student Accommodation building located adjacent to Victoria University.
Designed by architects Nettleton Tribe, the building features a theatre, gymnasium, games room, launderette and communal study areas.
The facility also features an outdoor courtyard with BBQ area, a café and convenience store.
Waterman’s team provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transportation and ESD services for the development.
