As Europe’s tallest pre-cast building, Two Fifty One forms an integral part of the on-going regeneration of the Elephant & Castle area. The tower’s amenities include 24-hour concierge, Wi-Fi lounge, cinema club, health and spa club, entertaining space, cafes and bars, as well as fully glazed winter gardens.
Bringing together low and zero carbon technologies to maximise the building’s energy efficiency and contribute to a 15% reduction in CO2 emissions beyond the regulatory requirements. In keeping with this sustainability-focused ethos, IFC5 achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
Overlooking the Tower of London World Heritage Site, the hotel was once home to the Port of London authority but has been transformed into a luxurious hotel providing guests with a 5* hospitality experience.
