Waterman was appointed by Cedar Pacific to provide Building Services and ESD Consulting for their new 13-level, 579 bed Student Accommodation building located adjacent to Melbourne University.
The Aquatic & Recreation Centre includes a competition pool, FINA compliant dive tower and pool, learn to swim and hydrotherapy pools, extensive children’s waterplay area, skybox and twister waterslides.
The existing stadium was extended to create a multi-purpose venue, with a seating capacity of 4,000 people.
The new leisure centre in Canberra includes a 50m competition pool, 25m learn to swim pool, toddlers pool and water play area.
