Watermans team have collaborated closely with Architect Nettleton Tribe, developer Cedar Pacific, and operating partner UniLodge in the design of the building. Our team has provided the full range of Building Services for the development including Mechanical, Electrical, Security, Communications, Fire, Hydraulic, Vertical Transportation and Environmentally Sustainable Design services.
