Harrow Manorway Corridor

Through this scheme, the existing single carriageway has been increased to a boulevard, encouraging active travel and providing a safer journey for all road users. The new corridor successfully eased existing congestion by accommodating alternative forms of transport, whilst also enhancing the streetscape to encourage future growth in the area, in line with the Local Councils Local Implementation Plan.

Manchester City Council Bridges Framework

Waterman appointed for this four-year framework to provide principal and general inspection services for Manchester City Council (MCC), covering over 400 structures, allowing MCC to efficiently plan their maintenance regimes and budget the required repair works for years to come.

This development successfully combined and centralised multiple health and social care services, all delivered within the affordability caps and fulfilling the client’s key requirements of functionality, flexibility, aesthetic quality and sustainability. The project was awarded Healthcare Development of The Year at the 2022 Scottish Property Awards.

Hull Infirmary

Thanks to this £3.8m scheme the unit will now be able to undertake an anticipated 6,500 procedures a year. In addition, the refurbishment also incorporated the addition of a £500,000 high-tech washing machine which ensures the Trust is compliant with all the latest decontamination regulations, enabling the unit to achieve ‘JAG Accreditation’.
